Accounting services

The monthly prices will be formed on the basis of the number of documents processed, number of the staff, hours of consultations and other benchmarks preliminary agreed with the client. To prepare you a price offer, you should provide us general information about the documents turnover and the main activity of your company as well as your specific requirements. To prepare you a proper offer, please fill-in the form attached, or send us an email with your questions and requirements. The information provided will be treated as confidential information and at the contract signing you will receive Letter of Confidentiality signed by us.

Discount: 1. Included in the aboved prices service for preparation of annual financial statements and tax declaration for the period of first 2 /two/ years, if concluded agreement for accounting services for the same period of 2 years.
Preparation and presentation of monthly zero stated declaration under Bg VAT Act - 50 euro per each declaration.
Additional fee for:
  • Initial data input in the our accounting register of data from previous accountant - 1 monthly instalment fee.
  • Preparation and submition of monthly Intrastat declaration - 50% of monthly instalment fee.
  • Interim financial reports (Balance sheet, Income and CF statements & appendices) - 30 % of monthly instalment fee.
  • Tax audits NRA - 2,00% of tax refund or sicial security, if those are refundable, min. 150 euro. additionaly payment for each revised monthly period - 10% of monthly instalment fee.
  • Audit checks from NRA, NSSI, GLI - 2,00% of tax refund or sicial security, protested and dropped administrative fines and sanctions, min. 50 euro.
  • Accounting and financial audits, due delegence, financial analyses, budgeting - negotiable, min. 200 euros.
  • Issue of Tax liabilities Certificate and Certificate of Good standing from Trade register - 15 euro, incliding State fees for each certificate.
  • Consultations on commercial contracts, Double Tax Treaty Agreements, cases under Labour Code and SSCode - 30 euro per hour for consultations, 20 euro per page A4 for written consultations.
  • Certificate (Labour Code) UP-2, UP-3 - 20 euro, until 5 years LC, 30 euro from 6-10 years LC, 50 euro over 10 years LC.



Subscription accounting services for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)
Services included in an Subscription agreement:
1. Accounting and document control:
  • Sorting, classifying and processing of primary accounting documents;
  • Control the correlation of primary documents with national accounting and tax legislation;
  • Preparation of necessary internal and secondary documents other than those relating to the accountability of individuals, and orders of executives and the representatives of the companies;
  • Preparation of accounting policies;
  • Accounting, accrued and reporting of business transactions in accordance with accounting rules and the National Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium Enterprises and comply with internal company requirements and information needs;
  • Preparing reports and providing information for NRA, National Bank, NII and NSI;
  • Preparation of reports and provision of information for management executives;
  • Self-yearly closing of accounts in accordance with accounting rules and the National Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium Enterprises;
  • Consultations regarding the accounting legislation - up to 1 month consultation on any particular case;
2. Fiscal Tax, social insurance and labour law:
  • Preparation of necessary documents (statements, reports and more) For the NRA, including GTD by CITA;
  • Informing customers of expiring terms, concerning NRA;
  • Advices in relation to tax and social security legislation;
  • Calculation and determination of taxes and social security;
  • Preparation of bank payment documents;
  • Drafting Labour contracts by the requisites of the Labour Code;
  • Completion of employment and insurance licenses;
  • Preparation of payroll, bills paid and summaries orders;
  • Preparing documents, reports, and papers in connection with the termination of employment contracts.
3. Additional services:
  • Submission of monthly information provided by the Client emloyees;
  • Submit information about the concluded labour contracts;
  • Submission of returns under VAT;
  • Filing returns records and other documents to the NRA, NSSI, BNB and NSI;
  • Submit annual activity report (Annual Financial Reports) to NSI and TR of the Registry Agency.

Notes and terms:
"Octus Bulgaria" Ltd. has the right to negotiate price terms other than those published here, which are basic (minimum).

Published prices are in EURO without Value Added Tax (VAT).

We offer a contract for subscription accounting with a subsidiary of "Octus Bg." company which is not registered for Bulgarian VATA.

*"Document" means a single invoice, bill, receipt, delivery, another primary accounting document leading to the registration of a simple or complex accounting operations reflect to business operation with economic impact on the entity's operations.

** "Employee" is a person who has a contractual relationship under the Labour Code (LC) and is provided under the Social Security Code (SSC), incl. person under contract for Management & Control and self-employed person.

Prices for the services of payroll and social security contributions are valid, if concluded a contract subscription for accounting services.
